تيسير الكريم الرحمنThis is the Arabic text of a classical tafsīr as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL does not say which printed edition it follows and states no licence for the texts, so the right to show them is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book or a manuscript, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Where the text carries a note of an editor’s, in double brackets, it is shown as it stands. There is no translation yet.

ظَهَرَ ٱلْفَسَادُ فِى ٱلْبَرِّ وَٱلْبَحْرِ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ أَيْدِى ٱلنَّاسِ لِيُذِيقَهُم بَعْضَ ٱلَّذِى عَمِلُوا۟ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ 41
{41} أي: استعلن {الفسادُ في البرِّ والبحرِ}؛ أي: فساد معايشهم ونقصها وحلول الآفات بها وفي أنفسهم من الأمراض والوباء وغير ذلك، وذلك بسبب ما قدَّمَتْ أيديهم من الأعمال الفاسدةِ المفسدةِ بطبعها. هذه المذكورة، {لِيُذيقَهم بعضَ الذي عملوا}؛ أي: ليعلموا أنَّه المجازي على الأعمال، فعجَّل لهم نموذجاً من جزاء أعمالهم في الدنيا؛ {لعلَّهم يرجِعونَ}: عن أعمالهم التي أثَّرت لهم من الفساد ما أثَّرت، فتَصْلُحُ أحوالُهم، ويستقيمُ أمرُهم؛ فسبحان من أنعم ببلائِهِ، وتفضَّلَ بعقوبتِهِ، وإلاَّ؛ فلو أذاقهم جميعَ ما كسبوا؛ ما ترك على ظهرِها من دابَّةٍ.
