تيسير الكريم الرحمنThis is the Arabic text of a classical tafsīr as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL does not say which printed edition it follows and states no licence for the texts, so the right to show them is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book or a manuscript, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Where the text carries a note of an editor’s, in double brackets, it is shown as it stands. There is no translation yet.

وَإِنَّا لَنَحْنُ نُحْىِۦ وَنُمِيتُ وَنَحْنُ ٱلْوَٰرِثُونَ 23 وَلَقَدْ عَلِمْنَا ٱلْمُسْتَقْدِمِينَ مِنكُمْ وَلَقَدْ عَلِمْنَا ٱلْمُسْتَـْٔخِرِينَ 24 وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ يَحْشُرُهُمْ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ حَكِيمٌ عَلِيمٌ 25
{23 ـ 25} أي: هو وحده لا شريك له الذي يحيي الخلق من العدم بعد أن لم يكونوا شيئاً مذكوراً، ويميتهم لآجالهم التي قدرها، {ونحن الوارثون}؛ كقوله:{إنا نحنُ نَرِثُ الأرضَ ومَنۡ عليها وإلينا يُرۡجَعون}: وليس ذلك بعزيز ولا ممتنع على الله؛ فإنه تعالى يعلم المستقدِمين من الخلق والمستأخِرين منهم، ويعلم ما تَنْقُصُ الأرض منهم وما تفرِّقُ من أجزائهم، وهو الذي قدرتُهُ لا يعجِزُها معجِزٌ، فيعيد عباده خلقاً جديداً، ويحشُرُهم إليه. {إنَّه حكيمٌ}: يضع الأشياء مواضعها، وينزِلُها منازِلَها، ويجازي كلَّ عامل بعمله: إن خيراً؛ فخير، وإن شرًّا؛ فشر.
يذكر تعالى نعمته وإحسانه على أبينا آدم عليه السلام، وما جرى من عدوِّه إبليس، وفي ضمن ذلك التحذير لنا من شرِّه وفتنته، فقال تعالى:
