Al-Insaan
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. وَيُطَافُ عَلَيْهِم بِـَٔانِيَةٍ مِّن فِضَّةٍ وَأَكْوَابٍ كَانَتْ قَوَارِيرَا۠ 15 قَوَارِيرَا۟ مِن فِضَّةٍ قَدَّرُوهَا تَقْدِيرًا 16
(15-16) Райское серебро будет чисто и прозрачно, подобно хрусталю. Удивительно, как грубый металл может быть так прозрачен! Райские сосуды будут вмещать ровно столько вина, сколько понадобится для утоления жажды, ибо если его будет больше, то уменьшится наслаждение от питья, а если его будет меньше, то этого не хватит для полного удовольствия. Согласно другому мнению, эти сосуды будут размерены в соответствии с тем, какими их представляли себе обитатели Рая в своих мыслях в надежде получить от питья полное удовлетворение.
