Ash-Shu'araa
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. فَأَتْبَعُوهُم مُّشْرِقِينَ 60 فَلَمَّا تَرَٰٓءَا ٱلْجَمْعَانِ قَالَ أَصْحَـٰبُ مُوسَىٰٓ إِنَّا لَمُدْرَكُونَ 61 قَالَ كَلَّآ ۖ إِنَّ مَعِىَ رَبِّى سَيَهْدِينِ 62
(60-62) Войско Фараона отправилось в путь вслед за израильтянами на восходе солнца. Они подбадривали друг друга и были преисполнены лютой ненависти к своим противникам. Когда две рати увидели друг друга, израильтяне стали сожалеть о содеянном и жаловаться Мусе на свое бедственное положение. Но Муса не сомневался в правдивости обещания своего Господа и старался поддержать своих соплеменников. Он воскликнул: «Им не удастся настигнуть нас, ибо мой Господь — со мной, и Он непременно поможет нам обрести спасение».
