Ash-Shu'araa

كَذَّبَتْ ثَمُودُ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ 141 إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ أَخُوهُمْ صَـٰلِحٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ 142 إِنِّى لَكُمْ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٌ 143 فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ 144
(141-144) Самуд — это некогда известный народ, живший в местечке Хиджр, к которому Всевышний Аллах отправил Салиха. Он призывал их к единобожию, но самудяне отвергли его, а поскольку единобожие лежало в основе всех пророческих миссий, их неверие в Салиха было равносильно неверию во всех остальных посланников. Всевышний нарек его братом многобожников только по причине их кровного родства. Он призвал своих братьев отречься от идолопоклонства и грехов, при- чем сделал это с неподдельной искренностью и добротой. Аллах отправил меня к вам, оказав вам великую милость. Не отвергайте же Его милость и покоритесь Его волеизъявлению. Вы обязаны верить мне и моему уче- нию, потому что хорошо осведомлены о моей честности и правдивости.
