Al-Furqaan
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. وَقَدِمْنَآ إِلَىٰ مَا عَمِلُوا۟ مِنْ عَمَلٍ فَجَعَلْنَـٰهُ هَبَآءً مَّنثُورًا 23
(23) Все люди трудятся в поте лица и надеются на то, что их деяния принесут им пользу, но в Судный день их деяния могут оказаться тщетными и бесполезны- ми. Именно это произойдет с неверными и многобожниками, которые окажутся в полном убытке. Они не только будут лишены вознаграждения, но и будут на- казаны за то, что совершили при жизни на земле. А причина этого — отсутствие правой веры и неверие в Аллаха и Его посланников. Воистину, Аллах принимает деяния только от тех из Своих рабов, которые искренне исповедуют правую веру и надлежащим образом следуют путем Божьих посланников.
