Al-Anbiyaa
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. وَمَن يَقُلْ مِنْهُمْ إِنِّىٓ إِلَـٰهٌ مِّن دُونِهِۦ فَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِيهِ جَهَنَّمَ ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِى ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ 29
(29) После разъяснения того, что ангелы не заслуживают обожествления и поклонения, несмотря на то, что обладают прекрасными качествами, Всевышний Аллах поведал о том, что эти творения даже не претендуют на право называться богами. А если предположить, что кто-нибудь из них опустится до такой степени, что возомнит из себя бога, то Аллах ввергнет его в Преисподнюю. Таково справедливое наказание, уготованное для нечестивцев и беззаконников. И что может быть большим беззаконием, чем претензии несовершенного творения, которое всесторонне нуждается в Аллахе, на право называться Господом Богом наряду с Ним?!!
