Ash-Shura
This is a tafsīr in a language other than Arabic as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL’s record does not say who wrote or translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no licence for the text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Sabīl did not write or translate any of it.

وَمَا ٱخْتَلَفْتُمْ فِيهِ مِن شَىْءٍ فَحُكْمُهُۥٓ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمُ ٱللَّهُ رَبِّى عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَإِلَيْهِ أُنِيبُ 10
«И решение всего, в чем вы расходитесь во мнениях, остается за Аллахом». Это значит, что ваши разногласия по абсолютно всем вопросам рассудит Аллах, посему обращайтесь к Писанию Аллаха(Корану) и Сунне Пророка(Да благословит его Аллах и приветствует!). Подобно этому Аллах сказал: «Если же вы станете препираться о чем-нибудь, то обратитесь с этим к Аллаху и Посланнику»(Сура 4, аят 59). Слова Аллаха: ﴾ذَلِكُمُٱللَّهُرَبِّى﴿ «Скажи: ‘‘Таков Аллах, мой Господь!’’», т.е. Судья всему, ﴾عَلَيْهِتَوَكَّلْتُوَإِلَيْهِأُنِيبُ﴿ «Я уповаю только на Него и к Нему обращаюсь», — т.е. пологаюсь только на Него во всех вопросах.
