An-Nahl
This is a tafsīr in a language other than Arabic as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL’s record does not say who wrote or translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no licence for the text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Sabīl did not write or translate any of it.

أَوْ يَأْخُذَهُمْ فِى تَقَلُّبِهِمْ فَمَا هُم بِمُعْجِزِينَ 46
Слова Аллаха:(أَوْ يَأْخُذَهُمْ فِى تَقَلُّبِهِمْ) «или схватит их в их метаниях» – т.е. в их метаниях в мирской жизни, в их путешествиях или развлечениях и т.п. Катада и ас-Судди прокомментировали: ﴿تَقَلُّبِهِمْ﴾«их метаниях» – т.е. в их путешествиях. Как сказал Аллах:(أَفَأَمِنَ أَهْلُ الْقُرَى أَن يَأْتِيَهُم بَأْسُنَا بَيَـتاً وَهُمْ نَآئِمُونَ - أَوَ أَمِنَ أَهْلُ الْقُرَى أَن يَأْتِيَهُمْ بَأْسُنَا ضُحًى وَهُمْ يَلْعَبُونَ ) «Неужели жители селений не опасались того, что Наше наказание постигнет их ночью, когда они спят? Неужели жители селений не опасались того, что Наше наказание постигнет их утром, когда они забавляются?»(7:97-98) Слова Аллаха:(فَمَا هُم بِمُعْجِزِينَ) «и они не ускользнут» – т.е. они не смогут помешать Аллаху сделать это в любом положении;
