النكت والعيونThis is the Arabic text of a classical tafsīr as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL does not say which printed edition it follows and states no licence for the texts, so the right to show them is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book or a manuscript, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Where the text carries a note of an editor’s, in double brackets, it is shown as it stands. There is no translation yet.

قُلْ إِنَّمَا حَرَّمَ رَبِّىَ ٱلْفَوَٰحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ وَٱلْإِثْمَ وَٱلْبَغْىَ بِغَيْرِ ٱلْحَقِّ وَأَن تُشْرِكُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ مَا لَمْ يُنَزِّلْ بِهِۦ سُلْطَـٰنًا وَأَن تَقُولُوا۟ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ 33
قَوْلُهُ عَزَّ وجَلَّ: ﴿قُلْ إنَّما حَرَّمَ رَبِّيَ الفَواحِشَ ما ظَهَرَ مِنها وما بَطَنَ﴾ فِيهِ وجْهانِ: أحَدُهُما: أنَّ الفَواحِشَ: الزِّنى خاصَّةً، وما ظَهَرَ مِنها: المَناكِحُ الفاسِدَةُ، وما بَطَنَ: الزِّنى الصَّرِيحُ.
والثّانِي: أنَّ الفَواحِشَ: جَمِيعُ المَعاصِي، وما ظَهَرَ مِنها: أفْعالُ الجَوارِحِ، وما بَطَنَ: اعْتِقادُ القُلُوبِ.
﴿والإثْمَ والبَغْيَ بِغَيْرِ الحَقِّ﴾ فِيهِ وجْهانِ: أحَدُهُما: أنَّ الإثْمَ الخِيانَةُ في الأُمُورِ، والبَغْيَ: التَّعَدِّي في النُّفُوسِ.
(p-٢٢٠)والثّانِي: الإثْمُ: الخَمْرُ، والبَغْيُ: السُّكْرُ، قالَ الشّاعِرُ:
؎ شَرِبْتُ الإثْمَ حَتّى ضَلَّ عَقْلِي كَذاكَ الإثْمُ تَذْهَبُ بِالعُقُولِ
وَسُمِّيَ الخَمْرُ بِالإثْمِ، والسُّكْرُ بِالبَغْيِ لِحُدُوثِهِ عَنْهُما.
