النكت والعيونThis is the Arabic text of a classical tafsīr as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL does not say which printed edition it follows and states no licence for the texts, so the right to show them is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book or a manuscript, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Where the text carries a note of an editor’s, in double brackets, it is shown as it stands. There is no translation yet.

قُلِ ٱللَّهُمَّ فَاطِرَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ عَـٰلِمَ ٱلْغَيْبِ وَٱلشَّهَـٰدَةِ أَنتَ تَحْكُمُ بَيْنَ عِبَادِكَ فِى مَا كَانُوا۟ فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ 46 وَلَوْ أَنَّ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ مَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ جَمِيعًا وَمِثْلَهُۥ مَعَهُۥ لَٱفْتَدَوْا۟ بِهِۦ مِن سُوٓءِ ٱلْعَذَابِ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ ۚ وَبَدَا لَهُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ مَا لَمْ يَكُونُوا۟ يَحْتَسِبُونَ 47 وَبَدَا لَهُمْ سَيِّـَٔاتُ مَا كَسَبُوا۟ وَحَاقَ بِهِم مَّا كَانُوا۟ بِهِۦ يَسْتَهْزِءُونَ 48
﴿عالِمَ الغَيْبِ والشَّهادَةِ﴾ يَحْتَمِلُ وجْهَيْنِ:
أحَدُهُما: السِّرُّ والعَلانِيَةُ.
الثّانِي: الدُّنْيا والآخِرَةُ.
﴿أنْتَ تَحْكُمُ بَيْنَ عِبادِكَ في ما كانُوا فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ﴾ مِنَ الهُدى والضَّلالَةِ.
وَيَحْتَمِلُ ثانِيًا: مِنَ التَّحاكُمِ إلَيْهِ في الحُقُوقِ والمَظالِمِ.
قالَ ابْنُ جُبَيْرٍ: إنِّي لَأعْرِفُ مَوْضِعَ آيَةٍ ما قَرَأها أحَدٌ فَسَألَ اللَّهَ شَيْئًا إلّا أعْطاهُ، قَوْلُهُ ﴿قُلِ اللَّهُمَّ فاطِرَ السَّماواتِ والأرْضِ عالِمَ الغَيْبِ والشَّهادَةِ أنْتَ تَحْكُمُ بَيْنَ عِبادِكَ في ما كانُوا فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ﴾
