QUL does not say which printed edition it follows and states no licence for the texts, so the right to show them is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book or a manuscript, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. وَعَلَى ٱللَّهِ قَصْدُ ٱلسَّبِيلِ وَمِنْهَا جَآئِرٌ ۚ وَلَوْ شَآءَ لَهَدَىٰكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ 9 هُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنزَلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءً ۖ لَّكُم مِّنْهُ شَرَابٌ وَمِنْهُ شَجَرٌ فِيهِ تُسِيمُونَ 10 يُنۢبِتُ لَكُم بِهِ ٱلزَّرْعَ وَٱلزَّيْتُونَ وَٱلنَّخِيلَ وَٱلْأَعْنَـٰبَ وَمِن كُلِّ ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِ ۗ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَةً لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ 11 وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمُ ٱلَّيْلَ وَٱلنَّهَارَ وَٱلشَّمْسَ وَٱلْقَمَرَ ۖ وَٱلنُّجُومُ مُسَخَّرَٰتٌۢ بِأَمْرِهِۦٓ ۗ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَـٰتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَعْقِلُونَ 12 وَمَا ذَرَأَ لَكُمْ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ مُخْتَلِفًا أَلْوَٰنُهُۥٓ ۗ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَةً لِّقَوْمٍ يَذَّكَّرُونَ 13
﴿وَعَلى اللَّهِ قَصْدُ السَّبِيلِ ومِنها جائِرٌ﴾ يَحْتَمِلُ وجْهَيْنِ: أحَدُهُما: وعَلى اللَّهِ قَصْدُ الحَقِّ في الحُكْمِ بَيْنَ عِبادِهِ ومِنهم جائِرٌ عَنِ الحَقِّ في حُكْمِهِ.
الثّانِي: وعَلى اللَّهِ أنْ يَهْدِيَ إلى قَصْدِ الحَقِّ في بَيانِ السَّبِيلِ، ومِنهم جائِرٌ عَنْ سَبِيلِ الحَقِّ، أيْ عادِلٌ عَنْهُ لا يَهْتَدِي إلَيْهِ.
وَفِيهِمْ قَوْلانِ: أحَدُهُما: أنَّهم أهْلُ الأهْواءِ المُخْتَلِفَةِ، قالَهُ ابْنُ عَبّاسٍ.
الثّانِي: مِلَلُ الكُفْرِ.
