At-Taghaabun

هُوَ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَكُمْ فَمِنكُمْ كَافِرٌ وَمِنكُم مُّؤْمِنٌ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ 2
(2) Allah سبحانه وتعالى menyebutkan bahwa Dia menciptakan manu-sia. Di antara mereka ada yang dijadikan sebagai orang Mukmin dan kafir. Keimanan dan kekafiran mereka seluruhnya berdasar-kan Qadha` dan Qadar Allah سبحانه وتعالى. Dia-lah yang menghendaki hal itu dari mereka dengan memberikan kemampuan dan kemauan yang memungkinkan mereka melakukan apa pun yang mereka kehendaki, berupa perintah dan larangan. ﴾ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ ﴿ "Dan Allah Maha Melihat apa yang kamu kerjakan."
