This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. The site does not say who translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no terms for taking its text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there; a verse the site gives no commentary of its own stands with the passage before it, and the index names each such verse. إِنَّآ أَخْلَصْنَـٰهُم بِخَالِصَةٍ ذِكْرَى ٱلدَّارِ 46
(46) ﴾ إِنَّآ أَخۡلَصۡنَٰهُم بِخَالِصَةٖ ﴿ "Sesungguhnya Kami telah menyucikan mereka dengan akhlak yang tinggi," yang agung dan keunggulan yang besar, yaitu, ﴾ ذِكۡرَى ٱلدَّارِ ﴿ "selalu mengingatkan kepada negeri akhirat." Kami telah menjadikan ingat selalu kepada negeri akhirat terus ada dalam hati mereka dan beramal untuknya dalam kebanyakan waktu. Ikhlas dan selalu merasa diawasi Allah menjadi ciri mereka yang abadi. Dan Kami jadikan mereka sebagai peringatan akan negeri akhirat, kondisi dan perihal mereka dapat diambil pelajaran-nya oleh orang yang mau mengambil pelajaran, dan mereka dapat dijadikan sebagai ibrah (suri teladan) oleh orang-orang yang mau meneladani.
