This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. The site does not say who translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no terms for taking its text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there; a verse the site gives no commentary of its own stands with the passage before it, and the index names each such verse. أَمْ لَهُم مُّلْكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا ۖ فَلْيَرْتَقُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَسْبَـٰبِ 10
(10) ﴾ أَمۡ لَهُم مُّلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَاۖ ﴿ "Atau apakah mereka memi-liki kerajaan langit dan bumi dan yang ada di antara keduanya," sehingga mereka kuasa melakukan apa saja yang mereka inginkan?﴾ فَلۡيَرۡتَقُواْ فِي ٱلۡأَسۡبَٰبِ ﴿ "Maka hendaklah mereka menaiki tangga-tangga," yang dapat mengantarkan mereka ke langit, lalu mereka mencegat Rahmat Allah terhadap Rasulullah a! Beraninya mereka membicarakan, padahal mereka adalah makhluk ciptaan Allah yang paling lemah dan paling tidak berdaya, tentang apa yang mereka bicarakan!
