An-Naml
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. The site does not say who translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no terms for taking its text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there; a verse the site gives no commentary of its own stands with the passage before it, and the index names each such verse. Sabīl did not write or translate any of it.

فَٱنظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَـٰقِبَةُ مَكْرِهِمْ أَنَّا دَمَّرْنَـٰهُمْ وَقَوْمَهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ 51
(51) ﴾ فَٱنظُرۡ كَيۡفَ كَانَ عَٰقِبَةُ مَكۡرِهِمۡ ﴿ "Maka perhatikanlah bagai-mana akibat makar mereka itu," apakah niat jahat mereka tercapai dan apakah dengan makar itu mereka mendapat apa yang mereka inginkan? Atau malah makar itu menimpa mereka sendiri?! Oleh karenanya Allah berfirman, ﴾ أَنَّا دَمَّرۡنَٰهُمۡ وَقَوۡمَهُمۡ أَجۡمَعِينَ ﴿ "Bahwasanya Kami membinasakan mereka dan kaum mereka semuanya." Kami membina-sakan mereka dan Kami memusnahkan mereka sehabis-habisnya. Mereka ditimpa suara pekikan azab sehingga mereka binasa sampai musnah semuanya.
