Al-Anbiyaa
This is a tafsīr in a language other than Arabic as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL’s record does not say who wrote or translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no licence for the text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Sabīl did not write or translate any of it.

وَحَرَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَـٰهَآ أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ 95
وَحَرَامٌ عَلَى قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَاهَا أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ و [مردم] شهري که آن را نابود ساخته ايم محال است [به دنيا] بازگردند.
(95) یعنی غیر ممکن است مردمان آبادی‌هایی که نابود شده، و به عذاب [الهی] گرفتار شده‌اند، به دنیا بازگردند تا تقصیرات خود را جبران نمایند. پس کسی که هلاک گشته و عذاب داده شده است، راهی برای بازگشت به دنیا ندارد. بنابراین مخاطبان باید از چیزی که باعث نابود شدن آنها می‌گردد، بپرهیزند، تا به عذاب گرفتار نشوند؛ زیرا هرگاه عذاب بر آنها فرود بیاید، دور کردنش از آنان محال است. پس اکنون که می‌توان گذشته را جبران کرد، باید از گناهان دست بکشند.
