Al-Baqara
This is a tafsīr in a language other than Arabic as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL’s record does not say who wrote or translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no licence for the text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Sabīl did not write or translate any of it.

وَلَقَدْ أَنزَلْنَآ إِلَيْكَ ءَايَـٰتٍۭ بَيِّنَـٰتٍ ۖ وَمَا يَكْفُرُ بِهَآ إِلَّا ٱلْفَـٰسِقُونَ 99
وَلَقَدْ أَنزَلْنَآ إِلَيْكَ آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ وَمَا يَكْفُرُ بِهَا إِلاَّ الْفَاسِقُون، و به راستي آيات روشني را به سوي تو فرو فرستاديم که جز فاسقان کسي به آن کفر نمي ورزد.
(99) خداوند به پیامبرش صلی الله علیه وسلم می‌فرماید: (﴿وَلَقَدۡ أَنزَلۡنَآ إِلَيۡكَ ءَايَٰتِۢ بَيِّنَٰتٖ﴾) و به راستی آیات روشنی بر تو نازل کردیم، که هرکس بخواهد هدایت شود، به وسیلۀ آن هدایت می‌گردد. نیز این قرآن بر مخالفان خود حجت اقامه می‌کند. و آیاتش آن‌قدر روشن و واضح هستند، که جز کسی که از دستور خدا سرپیچی کند و از طاعت او بیرون رود و نهایت گردنکشی و تکبر ورزد از پذیرفتن آن، امتناع نمی‌کند.
