إرشاد العقل السليم إلى مزايا الكتاب الكريمThis is the Arabic text of a classical tafsīr as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL does not say which printed edition it follows and states no licence for the texts, so the right to show them is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book or a manuscript, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Where the text carries a note of an editor’s, in double brackets, it is shown as it stands. There is no translation yet.

ثُمَّ لَتُسْـَٔلُنَّ يَوْمَئِذٍ عَنِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ 8
﴿ثُمَّ لَتُسْألُنَّ يَوْمَئِذٍ عَنِ النَّعِيمِ﴾ أيْ: عَنِ النَّعِيمِ الَّذِي ألْهاكُمُ الألْتِذاذُ عَنِ الدِّينِ وتَكالِيفِهِ، فَإنَّ الخِطابَ مَخْصُوصٌ بِمَن عَكَفَ هِمَّتَهُ عَلى اسْتِيفاءِ اللَّذّاتِ ولَمْ يَعِشْ إلّا لِيَأْكُلَ الطَّيِّبَ ويَلْبَسَ اللَّيِّنَ، ويَقْطَعَ أوْقاتَهُ بِاللَّهْوِ والطَّرَبِ لا يَعْبَأُ بِالعِلْمِ والعَمَلِ، ولا يُحَمِّلُ نَفْسَهُ مَشاقَّهُما، فَأمّا مَن تَمَتَّعَ بِنِعْمَةِ اللَّهِ تَعالى وتَقَوّى بَها عَلى طاعَتِهِ، وكانَ ناهِضًا بِالشُّكْرِ فَهو مِن ذَلِكَ بِمَعْزِلٍ بَعِيدٍ، وقِيلَ: الآيَةُ مَخْصُوصَةٌ بِالكُفّارِ. عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ « "مَن قَرَأ سُورَةَ التَّكاثُرِ لَمْ يُحاسِبْهُ اللَّهُ تَعالى بِالنَّعِيمِ الَّذِي أنْعَمَ بِهِ عَلَيْهِ في دارِ الدُّنْيا وأُعْطِيَ مِنَ الأجْرِ كَأنَّما قَرَأ ألْفَ آيَةٍ".»
